Hello Everyone!
Di here - popping back in the middle of Sarn's challenge - to reveal my Top Picks and the prize winner for Challenge #532.
Here are my top picks (in entry order):
I'm starting off with a special *Gold Star* for our Playmate Viv's entry - HERE. Snippets can be leftover fabric, ribbon, lace etc - besides card and paper and other things and this is the most beautiful example of 'slow stitching', mindful and relaxing. Viv - this really is stunning:
The first of my three fortnightly picks, in numerical order, is Jules with this adorable snippets card! Such a cute image - Penny Black never grows old and is always a real delight. The design, papers and assembly are really lovely Jules:
And, last but not least, Diane H brought a brilliant snippets card along to share with us. Loads of snippets used - and in a variety of colours too. But, they work together perfectly - Diane's clever design has taken care of that! Nice work Diane:
If you've been showcased, please feel free to collect your 'Top Pick' badge from HERE.
The randomly picked winner is:
Remember there’s still nearly a week of Sarn’s challenge to go. If you haven’t submitted a piece of homework yet, just scroll down to the previous post to find all the details. Nice prize to be won!
Love from myself, Sarn and Dudley Dog - woof! x

Whoop whoop double congratulations to Jules, and also congrats to Viv, Pauline and Diane H! xxx
ReplyDeleteMany congrats to Viv on receiving her well-deserved Gold Star.
ReplyDeleteWell done to Pauline, Jules and Diane H too. All fabulous cards.
Yay - a double whammy for Jules with her prize win too!
Meet you all by the paddling pool to celebrate. xxx
Well deserved congratulations to Viv for the Gold Star, double congratulations to Jules whose card was a top pick and who also won the prize and of course to Pauline and Diane who were picks as well. I've made a note to look into the 'slow stitching' scenario which I must say does rather appeal
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for choosing my card as a topnpuck, and many congratulations to Viv, Diane and especially to Jules for her double whammy! Xx
