Challenge #505

Hello Playmates!

Sarn here, hosting another fun Snippets Playground Challenge for the next fortnight.

The Easter Egg hunt was fun wasn't it? Lots of chocklit was eaten, but not TOO much, as I didn't have to do any clearing up thankfully!

Details of the card below can be found on my personal blog HERE:

The items making up this prize come from me and comprise an A5 clear stamp set called Poppy Scapes by Crafty Roo; an A6 clear stamp set designed by Jane Davenport called Poppy Girl and a lovely leafy 6" x 6" stencil by Heffy Doodle. As both Crafty Roo and Heffy Doodle have closed their doors, this is a great opportunity to win some of their fab products.

Please be sure to state what snippets you used on your entry, or add a photo of them, otherwise it won't count in the prize draw. If it is not clear what snippets have been used in an entrant's blog post, the entry will automatically be excluded from being a Top Pick or a prize winner.

The Playground gates will close on this challenge at 11am (UK time) on Saturday, 10th May 2025. They'll reopen at midnight (UK time) the same day for the start of the next challenge.

Winners outside the UK: Please remember that you may be charged fees and import duty on your prize - although we always send them out clearly marked as "gifts". In claiming your prize, you accept that any such fees are your responsibility. We are sorry to say that due to escalating postage costs, and additional customs issues, we are only posting prizes within the UK and Europe.

Happy crafting!

Love from Miss Di,  Dudley Dog and Me xxx

Next up is this lovely Easter card made by PAPIERELLE. Love the layout and the colour scheme.

Last (but not least) is GRANNE'S wonderful masculine card below, using up lots of snippets for the background.

Challenge #504

Di here, a new challenge begins today - and finally, Spring really is in the air here in the UK. Hooray!

First of all, here's my own snippets card:

All the details of the above card are over on Pixie's Crafty Workshop HERE - as well as Dudley's latest 'Pupdate'.

And here's the prize for this coming fortnight:

The prize consists of a set of two heart shaped dies by Craft Addiction from me, one of which I used for my snippets card above from my own set of course! Plus, a Stampendous Cling House Mouse stamp called 'Lily of the Valley' from Brenda and an unbranded flowery embossing folder from Val. Huge thanks ladies for your kind donations!

Please be sure to state what snippets you used on your entry, or add a photo of them, otherwise it won't count in the prize draw. If it is not clear what snippets have been used in an entrant's blog post, the entry will automatically be excluded from being a Top Pick or a prize winner.

The Playground gates will close on this challenge at 11am (UK time) on Saturday, 26th April 2025. They'll reopen at midnight (UK time) the same day for the start of the next challenge.

Winners outside the UK - i.e. Europe*: Please remember that you may be charged fees and import duty on your prize - although we always send them out clearly marked as "gifts". In claiming your prize, you accept that any such fees are your responsibility.

*IMPORTANT: Sadly, we will no longer be sending prizes beyond the UK and Europe. It wasn't an easy decision, but unfortunately, escalating postal costs and additional customs issues have left us with no choice. Of course, everyone is still in with a chance of being a Top Pick.

Love and hugs from me, Sarn and Dudley Dog. xxx

Results of Challenge #502

Hello Everyone!

It's Di here - popping back in the middle of Sarn's challenge - to share my Top Picks and the prize winner for Challenge 502.

Here are my top picks (in entry order):

First of all, I totally love this splash of Spring - brought to us by Emma T - do hop over to see more. A really great Snippets Buster!

Then we had Carol G with a brilliant 'Spinner' card - so clever, and I love the sentiment. My Mantra for much of my life really - many things I don't regret once made me smile, and some still do to be honest!

And last but not least, in hopped Heather with a wonderful shaker card. A brilliant save from an earlier make and so pretty. We've all been there, well done.

If you've been showcased, please feel free to collect your 'Top Pick' badge from HERE

The randomly picked winner is:
