Challenge #542

Hello Playmates, Di here!

Welcome to another fun Snippets Playground Challenge for the next fortnight, where Dudley and I will be hosting you. Here's my snippets card:

Details of the card can be found on Pixie's Crafty Workshop HERE, along with Dudley's latest pupdate.

The prize for this challenge consists of:

The items are a Crafter's Companion 'Wicked Witch' Stamps & Dies set (41 pieces apparently, according to the packet)! Plus an MFT set of stamps called 'Harvest Mouse'. An Autumn themed prize bundle. 😃

Please be sure to state what snippets you used on your entry (or you can add a photo of them if you wish). If it is not clear what snippets have been used in an entrant's blog post, the entry will automatically be excluded from being a Top Pick or a prize winner.

The Playground gates will close on this challenge at 11am (UK time) on Saturday, 10th October 2026. They'll reopen at midnight (UK time) the same day for the start of the next challenge.

Happy crafting,

Love from Sarn, myself and Dudley Dog xxx

Results of Challenge #540

Hello Playmates!

Below are Challenge #540’s Top Picks, as well as the randomly generated prize winner.

Here are the top picks (in entry order):

First up is Kate L, with the most fabulous and very detailed 'all about the cookies' card, super impressive and THIS IS A *** GOLD STAR *** PICK!! :

Our first of the three usual picks was then Val, with such an intricate Gingerbread people scene - totally adorable and some of the pieces are so tiny:

Next was Diane bringing us a plethora of beautiful flowers in all shades of cream and brown - love it:

And last, but certainly not least, we have Valerija with a cracking Rubik's cube 3-D card made for her nephew - how clever:

Oh boy, this was one of the toughest challenges for picks for a long while for me - all four picks, Kate's Gold and our three other lovely picks, were outstanding but I still also had some incredible cards etc on my initial list before whittling it down to three. We had loads of fabulous entries - where have you been hiding all Summer?!

If you've been showcased, please feel free to collect your 'Top Pick' badge (Gold Star Badge for you Kate 😃) from HERE.

The randomly picked winner is:

Aartje

Congratulations to our winner! Please claim your prize by 11am UK time on 3rd October 2026 by sending your name and address details via email using the Snippets Playground email address shown in the sidebar, with PLAYGROUND WINNER in the subject line.

Remember there's still nearly a week of the current challenge to go. If you haven't submitted a piece of homework yet, just scroll down to the previous post to find all the details.

All the best from Sarn, Dudley Dog and me - aka Di.

Results of Challenge #539

Hello Playmates!

Sarn here - popping back in the middle of Di's challenge - to reveal my Top Picks and the prize winner for Challenge #539.

Here are my top picks (in entry order):

First up is our Brenda who made a hinged card using very dramatic colouring with spectacular results.

Next up is Papierelle with a brilliant festive card in non-traditional colours. Reckon Miss Di will love this pink Christmas card too!

Last, but by no means least, Carol G made this gorgeous floral card to make someone feel better when poorly. Love the big bloom, but the addition of that little bit of embossing really elevates the design.

If you've been showcased, please feel free to collect your 'Top Pick' badge from HERE.

The randomly picked winner is:

IONABUNNY

Congratulations Gail. Please claim your prize by 11am UK time on 12th September 2026 by sending your name and address details via email using the Snippets Playground email address shown in the sidebar, with PLAYGROUND WINNER in the subject line.

Remember there's still nearly a week of Di's challenge to go. If you haven't submitted a piece of homework yet, just scroll down to the previous post to find all the details.

All the best from Miss Di, Dudley Dog and me.
