Wet, wet and wet - that's it here in the UK. However - hop up into the Tree house for a hot chocolate (which I do happen to know can be laced with something stronger for Halloween, just with a little paw back hand tip to Dudley who is now Sarn's in-betweener, although he doesn't know that I know!), hot jacket potatoes, toasted crumpets and marshmallows and a lot of fun. Dudley is alternately wearing two different Halloween bandanas, we here in the tree house are playing at dressing up - and down in the Playground - it's just craaaazy! Come and join in!
The theme IS optional - but if you're happy to play along with our theme then it's Autumn/Halloween - or just their colours if you don't want to go full on. You can just stand back and laugh at us and enter a Snippets Anything Goes card if you wish ☺
Anyhow, here's my snippets card, I used Halloween colours:
All the details, as well as Dudley's latest news, are over on Pixies - HERE. The card IS a total copy of one that Nicky made so it's not entered into any challenges - a link to the very talented and sweet Nicky is over on my Pixies Blog post.
The prize for this fortnight is:
Apologies for the reflection of light hitting the cellophane wrappers, despite closed curtains! It's a little selection this time - two very sweet Joy! sets of dies kindly donated by Val - 'Mery's violet and circle' and 'Mery's violets wave borders'. Plus a set of sentiment stamps from the Toy Box, made by MFT and called 'Itty Bitty Celebrations'. The prize bundle won't be split. As always, the Snippets Challenge will run for two weeks and the Playground gates will close at 11am UK time on Saturday 12th November. The gates will open again at midnight UK time on the same day. Mr Linky is below this post.
Winners outside the UK: please
remember that you may be charged fees and import duty on your prize -
although we both always send them out clearly marked as "gifts".
Love and hugs from Dudley and Di,
Your numbers card is FAB.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! Love those tumbling numbers! Thank you for a new Snippets challenge and I'll be back to join in for sure! Oh, and I'll be a YES to the prize! Sounds like Dudley is playing a big part in this paw-ty and I look forward to seeing which bandana he'll be wearing! Also can't wait to sit back and drink my hot chocolate along with a sample of all of the other goodies!
ReplyDeleteGreat card Di, love the design. It looks striking in purple and black. I’ll be a Yes Please for the prize.
ReplyDeleteSee you in the Treehouse tomorrow, or it might be outside if Sarn fills it with spiders! xx
S'OK, the cobwebs might be real, but I paid Dudley to eat all the spiders! You're safe. Me no likey real spiders either! x
DeleteGreat Halloween Party in the treehouse yesterday. Thanks Dudley for eating all the spiders! xx
DeleteI love this card with the numbers on Di and perfect Halloween colours. I don't really do Halloween but if I manage to get a card in I will be a 'yes please' for this lovely prize of the dies very kindly provided by Val, and then the additional sentiments too. It sounds like Dudley will be having a fun time on Monday evening and will of course get lots of cuddles from everyone, and I'm sure will look very fetching in either of his bandanas. x
ReplyDeletefabulous number card, always a popular design over the years. Im only playing for fun with the anything goes option this time. Happy hauntings 👻

ReplyDeleteFab card Di - might have to *borrow* that idea! ;)
ReplyDeleteI think Mr Linky must have been playing tricks on me last night...couldn't get him to accept my photo any way I tried! It seems to be working now, so have managed to link up.

Brilliant tumbling numbers card and funky colours - love it!! Yes please from for the prize draw xx
ReplyDeleteHi Di! Fabulous card, love the halloween colours! I don’t want to make you jealous but I’m in Australia and the sun is sparkling on the blue water that my sister’s dining room table overlooks! I will return to the doom and gloom of winter in Europe soon enough however! Yes please to these fabulous prizes!
ReplyDeleteI love how the 21 is in a different colour on your card Di, a great idea. I will be a "yes please" for the lovely prize. Thank you x
ReplyDeleteThis is a great cascading numbers design, Di! I had to make a card so I could bring all my costumes to the Treehouse for all the girls to take turns. The logger/lumberjack outfit will be perfect to wear for the shinneying up the tree and flying squirrel competitions. After drinks, er, hot cocoa, I know Sarn will come up with even more ideas for that little pillow of mine! Happy Fall y'all! Playing just for fun. Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteThe weather is kinda similar here in Finland too, and it is so dark with no snow on the ground yet. This is the most awful time of the year.
ReplyDeleteOnce again a fabulous cas creation - love the dimple-details on those die-cut numbers.
YES please for the prize!
Hugs,
Eemeli
Yes please to the prize. I love that number card. I hope to remember it when I need it :)
ReplyDeleteGreat card. Yes I would like the prize (die cuts).
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like Sarn and Dudley are natural conspirators! Yes please on the prize.
ReplyDeleteSuper fun card and very sneaky of you to add in those Halloween colors! I've dressed up my favorite mug in a nice plaid and will be bringing it up to the tree house for some hot chocolate for sure! That is the only hot drink I actually drink. I think I will even play for the prize this week. Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful prize, Thanks for the chance to win it.
ReplyDeleteHi Di,
ReplyDeleteI have not really made cards for such a long time! Only journals.
But as I made this tag with snippets, I thought I would have a look on your challenge again. Such a wonderful card you've made, Gi!
And the prize is amazing! - so "Yes, please" ;)
Hugs from a very dry Switzerland,
Liv
