Results of Challenge #446

Right folks, let's get straight onto the three top picks for Challenge #446, in numerical order:

Such a lovely card, made by Eemeli! A perfect vintage image,it reminds me of the Christmas card images of my own childhood in Germany where the horse in particular is very traditional transport for St. Nicholas as I recall. Love how setting it at a jaunty angle with other angled snippets works so well.

This card which Steph brought to share with us is stunning. Great use of snippets, such a pleasing design as well. The lettering is fabulous! I did make Sarn chuckle - I said to her that I wondered how many sets of dies Steph had in order to use so many different fonts! Ha, the asses ears went up when Sarn told me that it's actually one set of dies, made by Funky Fossil. A clever idea as well to punch out the little dots from card - fooled me, just like the alphabet dies did!

And last but by no means least, 'Papierelle' (Gundi) came to play, waving this gorgeous snippets card. It's absolutely divine - and even more so if you hop over to her blog and see how those fabulous flowers were made. Now that is dedication to some very careful fine cutting. Super work!

We had so many fabulous entries once again - it gets harder to choose as the challenges go on.

The randomly drawn winner of the set of sentiment stamps and a pair of 'peony' dies is:
 Pat

To claim your prize, please send an email using the Snippets Playground email address shown on the RH sidebar, with PLAYGROUND WINNER (or similar) in the subject line. Please add your FULL NAME above your home ADDRESS so that I can copy and paste it for speed and ease.

The current snippets challenge is being hosted by Sarn and still has almost a further week to run - just scroll down to the previous post to find it. There's a nice prize to be won as well!

Love from Di and Dudley
