Challenge #453

Hello Playmates!

Welcome to the start of another fun fortnight at the Snippets Playground.

Here's my homework, the details of which can be found on my personal blog HERE:

The prize at the end of this fortnight is a wooden block stamp set by Stampin' Up! called Botanicals for You, as well as a beautiful floral die set by Sizzix - both from the Toy Box.

So now it's your turn to do some homework! All you have to do is find some snippets to play with (I KNOW you have some), then use Mr Linky (below) to submit for marking!

Please remember to SAY WHAT SNIPPETS YOU USED (or include a photo of them) and leave a comment making it clear whether you're just playing for fun or wish to be included in the prize draw.

The Playground gates will clang shut on this challenge at 11am (UK time) on Saturday, 13th May 2023. They'll reopen at midnight (UK time) the same day for the start of the next challenge. Winners outside the UK: Please remember that you may be charged fees and import duty on your prize - although Di and I always send them out clearly marked as "gifts".

Hugs from Sarn xxx

  21. Yes please count me in! Thanks for your comments Sarn & Di and FYI A mini moo is a card that is 1.125" X 2.75" (For those who want the measurements of the mini moo converted - 2.86 cm x 7cm) - half of a business card lengthwise. It is such a small canvas that it isn't overwhelming. Also, This size is perfect for those scraps!

  23. Interesting fold, Sarn. I'll have to try it. I feel like such an overachiever today because I actually remembered to take a photo of my snippets before making my card. I think I'm a no on the draw this time.

  24. What a fabulous card!! Such a fun but simple looking fold (though, that probably means it isn't simple!) and I LOVE the grungy backgrounds you made!! They are stunning, before I headed over to your blog I was actually debating whether you hade made them or if it was actually patterned paper! Great job! I am playing just for fun this week, thanks!

  30. As I looked at my crafting table, I saw a scrap of really cool red gaffer tape that I wanted to use, a scrap of (5 and Dime) patterned paper, and scraps of corrugated cardboard. I used all these scraps, and a few others, to create this fun card.
