Hello Playmates!
Sarn here, hosting another fun Snippets Playground Challenge for the next fortnight.
WOW - it's been a hot and sunny one in the UK this week. Dudley has been going round the Playground with a bottle of sun tan lotion tied to his collar in order to keep Playmates safe in the sun. Between us, Miss Di and I blew up the paddling pool and moved it to the bottom of the slide before filling it with water. There has been a lot of shrieking and squealing as we slide down and land in the water! GREAT FUN!
Up in the Treehouse Tuck Shop, we've been doing a roaring trade in lollies, ice cream and sun hats. It's all go!
Between my tuck shop duties, I managed to get some homework done! Details of the little wallets pictured below can be found on my personal blog HERE:
The prize for this challenge consists of three lovely and very useful stamp sets. The Woodware Clear Magic "Cone Flower" set was kindly donated by Di. The Hunkydory "Anemone" set was kindly donated by Viv, and the Uniko "Wonky Stripes" background stamp was kindly donated by Sue Morris. My thanks to all those contributing towards this lovely prize.
Please be sure to state what snippets you used on your entry (or you can add a photo of them if you wish). If it is not clear what snippets have been used in an entrant's blog post, the entry will automatically be excluded from being a Top Pick or a prize winner.
The Playground gates will close on this challenge at 11am (UK time) on Saturday, 5th July 2025. They'll reopen at midnight (UK time) the same day for the start of the next challenge.
Please note that we are now only posting prizes to the UK and EUROPE. If you live outside the UK, please remember that you may be charged fees and import duty on your prize - although we always send them out clearly marked as gifts. In claiming your prize, you accept that any such fees are your responsibility.

Well it sure has been fun at the Playground, diving down the slide into the paddling pool, followed by an ice cream up in the shade of the treehouse.

Gorgeous wallets Sarn what a way to use up your snippets and so colourful and loving the butterflies, ribbons and petals, just been on the slide the water is so welcoming being a hot day and cooling off with an ice cream in the summerhouse, playing for fun good luck all x

It's been a long time since I last visited the playground, but it's lovely to see it still going strong! I really like your pretty project. Mine has butterflies too, kind of... Yes please to the prize. x

DeleteOh, sorry! I always played along from my Wordpress blog when I joined in before and it was never a problem. I should have more thoroughly checked changes to the rules in the time since I last played. Admittedly it's been a couple of years.
DeleteHi Charlotte - it's lovely to see you trying to play along after quite some time. We have made a few rule changes in the Playground and one is that , due to difficulties interacting with various social media platfroms, we now only accept Blogger entrires. It makes life much less complicated for Sarn and myself. Dudley Dog is doing well when he isn't being naughty and sends you a wave.

Stunning project Sarn, your ATC wallets are wonderful. It’s definitely paddling pool weather so I did the obvious and cooled things down with a Christmas tag! Yes please from me for this week’s beautiful prize xx

ReplyDeleteThe little wallets are great Sarn and I love the different designs and colours...a wonderful idea. I am adding a card, a little late, but I am just playing for fun...I have been absent from the challenge quite a lot recently but am aiming to do better. x
