Hopefully you're all having a pleasant Easter weekend, and that the weather is being kind to all of us! Been pretty warm/ verging on hot here for the past couple or more days. I suspect that Sarn has left the makings of a few cocktails up in the tree house for you all, should you wish to partake.

As always, the Snippets Challenge will run for two weeks and the Playground gates will close at 11am UK time on Saturday 30th April. The gates will open again at midnight UK time on the same day. Mr Linky is below this post.

So sorry to hear of losing another playmate, but Bernie's bunny sign-off is adorable and a sweet memory to hold onto. The prize is wonderful but I'm just playing for fun as I'm trying to reduce my stash as much as possible. It's become more like clutter and I need to make changes! Yes please to this prize. Your floral card is so beautiful Di, and I love the stitched zig zag border as an extra touch. I hope you took advantage of your time off while Sarn took the helm, and enjoyed your Easter holiday. Stories about Dudley always interest me, so I had to hop on over to your blog to find out more about your card and to see what he was up to as well. Dudley's puzzlement as he tried to fit through your craft room door with Honka Duck in his mouth had me chuckling. I wonder how Honka Duck is holding up to all this activity, or if you have duplicates put aside.

Yes please to the prize! I'm going to have to rush off because we're in the middle of moving back into our house, which is still not quite ready...but we'll make do. I can't wait to get settled so I can start making more cards, and do less cleaning and unpacking. Your card is gorgeous with that stitched border!

ReplyDeleteHi Sarn, thank you for your comment on my card! You asked me which snippets I used: so I used snippets of different green papers on both sides, white, yellow and orange for the flowers, brown for the tree and fence and some green!
