Here's another chance to use up your snippets and join in with the Snippets Playground Challenge, with yours truly hosting for the next fortnight.
The details of the card below can be found on my personal blog HERE:
The prize for this challenge consists of a "Padded Quilt" 3D embossing folder (kindly donated by Miss Di), as well as a "Vintage Keys" stencil by Funky Fossil and a red rubber 'cling' set of stamps by Stampin' Up! called "Flowering Fields" from me.
In order to play along, just follow our RULES, then bring your homework to the Snippets Playground and enter using Mr Linky (below).
- Please remember to say what snippets you used (or include a photo of them) - one or two of you have been forgetting to do this lately and may end up with lines as punishment if you don't watch out!
- Please leave a comment advising whether you're just playing for fun or wish to be entered into the prize draw. Any entrant not leaving a comment to the contrary is deemed to be playing for fun, and will be excluded from the prize draw.
The Playground gates will clang shut on this challenge at 11am (UK time) on Saturday, 23rd November 2024. They'll reopen at midnight (UK time) the same day for the start of the next challenge. Winners outside the UK: Please remember that you may be charged fees and import duty on your prize - although Di and I always send them out clearly marked as "gifts".
If any of you are having trouble commenting, please see HERE for a possible solution.

ReplyDeleteJust came to hang out on the Playground and am playing for fun this time around. Magnificent card! Loving those silhouette fairies.
ReplyDeleteSarn, When you left a comment on my blog, you asked for specifics of where the scraps came from. Here is what I had posted in the second paragraph of my blog post: "The Quilt die I used is from Sizzix. The glitter CS is by Recollections and the green polka dot dp came from an old K & Co. stack. The red CS was dry embossed with my Linen EF." Sorry you missed that. :-D
ReplyDeleteSaw that info thank you - but nowhere in the description on your blog post does it mention which parts of your card are snippets (or scraps). X
DeleteYour card is beautiful, Sarn! Love the way those fairy silhouettes look against the gorgeous background you created! Glad to be back at the playground although I'm barely making the deadline for my homework! Would love a chance at the great prize package!
